PRAUX PH  is used in dyeing of Cotton and its blends with reactive dyes providing optimum pH control as a substitute of soda ash.

USING CONDITIONS and APPLICATIONS:

 

PRAUX PH  controls pH during dyeing process, prevents hydrolisis and color deviations due to pH fluctuations consequently providing dyestuff economy.

 

PRAUX PH can be added by automatic dosage.

 

PRAUX PH  is stable to bicarbonates in the process water.

 

Recommended PRAUX PH  concentration is 5-10% of the total soda ash amount.

 

Recommended PRAUX PH  concentration  with Mono Chloro Triazin base reactive dyes is as follows :

 

3,0 g/l Soda + 0,5 g/l  PRAUX PH    instead of 15 g/l Soda.                                

                        

Salt and Soda are added right after dye addition , PRAUX PH  is dozed to the bath after the dyeing temperature is reached, within a period of  25-30 min.                 

 

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

             

Keep out of direct sunlight or freezing. It is stable for at least 6 months if  stored in original packing and recommended storage conditions.
