PROFIX NF, a special fixing agent without formaldehyde, is used for printed or dyed fabrics with reactive dyes increasing damp fastness. especially in the printed goods to minimize the impact stampa.

USING CONDITIONS and APPLICATIONS

 

USAGE

 

● In direct and reactive dyeing process used as a fastness increaser

● Does not contain formaldehyde, conform to EkoTex-100 standards.

● Does not affect the light fastness and color tones.

                        ● 1,0 -3,0%  PROFIX NF ;    45 °C,  20- 30 min.,     pH:5,0-5,5

                        ● Can be used in the same bath with softeners.

            ● Suitable for exhaust, pad dyeing  and in the bobbin yarn dyeing systems.

 

The recommended amounts vary according to the fabric and the type and concentration of the applied dyes.

PROFIX NF should be applied following a regular washing & soaping process eliminating all alkali on the fabric.

PAD DYEING

 

PROFIX NF  10-20 g/l    Temp :20- 40 °C  pick-up: 0-100%       pH:5,0-5,5

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Keep out of direct sunlight or freezing. It is stable for at least 6 months if  stored in original packing and recommended storage conditions.
