PROGAL RE30 is dispersing and levelling agent used for cotton,polyester and viscose

 

 

CHARACTERISTICS

                         Content         : Naphthaline sulphonate, comb. of  nonionic compositions

                        Appearance     : Brown liquid

                        İonic char.       : Nonionic/anionic

                        Solubility        : Dissolves in water at any concentration.

 

 

USING CONDITIONS and APPLICATIONS

 

---PROGAL RE30

●Used in PES dyeing process  as dispersing agent.

                        ●Used in direct and reactive dyeing of cotton,viscose and other cellulose

                           based  products as levelling agent.

                        ●Providing unfixed dyestuff to be  fluffed from fibre easily

●Provides unfixed dyestuff to be  fluffed from fibre easily , makes washing easy and  increases friction fastness.

Recommended amounts variance  by color depth, but

 

·         PES,Reactive and direct dyeing       PROGAL RE30  0,50-2,0 g/l  

 

·         Abrage correction of goods               PROGAL RE30 2.0-4.0 g/l

      

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Keep out of direct sunlight or freezing. It is stable for at least 6 months if  stored in original packing and recommended storage conditions.
