PROSOFT CFL

 

 

PROSOFT CFL is a cationic softener with anti-static properties used for all types fiber and fabric,with excellent results.

 

CHARACTERISTICS

 

                        Appearance    : Light cream,flake

                        Content           : Compositions of cationic,karbamid  derivatives

                        İonic char.       : Cationic

                        pH (%10 sol.) : 5,0 ± 0,5

                        Solubility        : Dissolves in warm water at any concentration

 

USING CONDITIONS and APPLICATIONS

 

--PROSOFT CFL gives soft and slippery touch to natural wool and  synthetic fibers,providing very good anti-static properties to  synthetic fiber blends

--There is no negative impact to all type fastness, no foam, prevents the dust in the fiber

-- Suitable for use Exhaust and Pad dyeing

-- Can be added to the bath  dyeing of acrylic fibers with colorant

-- It is soluble easily in 60 – 80 °C temperature.

--Preparing the PROSOFT CFL :under mixer, slowly adding hot water,made by 10–20% emulsified 

 

                       Recommended concentration vary according to the type and weight of fabric

 

Foulard   : 20 - 60 g / l                                   pH : 5,0 – 5,5

 

 

Exhaust :  2,0 – 6,0 %                        will give adequate results

.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Keeping out of direct sunlight or freezing  it is stable for at least 6 months if  stored in original packing
